A great session starts before the camera does. None of this is complicated, and most of it just helps you relax.
The Night Before
Get a real night of sleep and drink some water. Rested eyes and skin photograph noticeably better, and you will feel more at ease on the day.
Grooming Basics
Keep it simple and like yourself. If you cut your hair, do it about a week out, not the day before. Natural is the goal, not a brand new look.
Wardrobe Options
Bring two or three tops and a layer, pressed and ready. Solids and clean fits work best. See the wardrobe guidance if you want a head start.
Day Of
Arrive a few minutes early so you are not rushed. Bring anything you want in frame, like a specific jacket or glasses you wear daily.
Trust the Direction
You do not need to know how to pose. Len keeps the room relaxed and directs every step, so prep stays light and the results do not.
